Experience how meat is supposed to taste. We use cattle that meet our criteria for superior beef flavour—raised locally and on pasture. We also buy pigs from Oxford County that have been raised in a free-run environment. Healthier animals, tastier meat.

And we don’t just partner with animal producers—other products from our neighbours have inspired some of our best creations. Like our Maple Pork Sausage, produced with maple syrup from both Jakeman’s Maple Store and the Embro Sugar Bush.
